 
Trogir, which is older than the nearby city Split, is a historical world renowned city also declared by UNESCO as a world heritage site. Trogir is also a popular tourist destination. It is located on a small island in between the island of Ciovo and he mainland and the two bridges that connect Trogir are like two arms which bring together the mainland and the island Ciovo.
